 About this Seminar:

As the world moves to place the global economy on a more sustainable basis, the effects are sure to feed through into the resolution of disputes.

In this seminar, Siraj Omar SC will discuss how this will affect arbitration in Singapore and internationally.  How will it change the types of disputes we are faced with?  How will it change the arbitral process?  And what do arbitrators and other practitioners need to learn, or change in the way they practice, in order to be ready for this future?
