This was another successful and well attended conference with one of the foremost figures in Singapore arbitration giving participants a lively run down of the year’s events in the arbitration community. Professor Boo gave participants a deeper understanding of the changes to the International Arbitration Act and the impact of recent case law both in Singapore and other Model Law jurisidictions.
