Lifting the Cover Off Discounted Cash Flow in Disputes: How To Support Your Party’s Submissions and Review The Other Side’s (11 June 2019)

About the Seminar:
The use of Discounted Cash Flow (“DCF”) calculations is becoming commonplace in damages assessments, where they are used to determine the present value of expected future net cash flows, allowing for the time value of money and risks attributable to those cash flows.
Two practicing experts will discuss how to prepare a robust DCF calculation, in particular the information and facts that need to be collated to ensure that the expert can provide an appropriately supported opinion. The experts will also discuss what to look for in an opposing party’s submissions and calculations, in order to identify potential deficiencies and areas to focus on in your response.

Join us for free flow of wines, beers, soft drinks and food after the seminar!
