Quantifying Damages – A Framework for Analysis (03 October 2018)
Contact SIArb Secretariat, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
About the Seminar:
Often lawyers focus on the liability of a case first. However, the amount of potential losses often drives the strategy for pursuing liability. As actual quantum is often significantly different from that claimed, it is important to get this right.

As a forensic accountant specialised in loss of profits cases, Adrienne will provide a framework for analysis when quantifying damages. She will also discuss the common pitfalls in loss of profits claims, and give tips on how to avoid them.

Join us for free flow of wines, beers, soft drinks and food after the seminar!
