President - Johnny Tan Cheng Hye, Principal Partner of LT&T Architects (B.Arch (University of WA), Graduate Certificate in Int'l Arbitration (NUS), MSIA, FSIArb. Johnny Tan is a Colombo Plan Scholar. He has been on the SIA Panel of Arbitrators since 1993 and a Mediator from 1997. He has served on the Singapore Institute of Architects as Chairman of the Contracts Committee and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and has held various appointments in the Council as Honorary Secretary, 2nd Vice-President and 1st Vice-President. He is also on the Panel of Arbitrators of the SIAC, HKIAC, DIAC and KLRCA. He has been engaged as arbitrator, mediator, neutral evaluator as well as expert witness on construction disputes. Immediate Past President - Raymond Chan is a Senior Director of TSMP Law Corporation, a firm of Advocates and Solicitors in Singapore. He is the current President of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He has been appointed on the list of Approved Adjudicators of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
He was involved in the drafting of the major Standard Forms of Building Contracts for use in private sector works in Singapore including the Singapore Institute of Architects Form of Main and Sub Contract and the REDAS Design & Build Form of Contract. He drafted the amendments to the SIA Conditions of Contract 7th Edition for compliance with the Building and Security of Payment Act.
He co-authored the Textbook Construction Law in Singapore and Malaysia (2nd Edition) and The Singapore Standard Form of Building Contract –An annotation both published by Butterworths.
Raymond is listed in the International Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers as a Leading Construction Lawyer in Singapore and by Euromoney Legal Media Group as one of the world’s leading experts in commercial arbitration.

Council Member - Dr Chris Vickery has been in architectural practice in Singapore since 1979. He is currently the principal of his own architectural practice, Elton-Roade. He is a graduate of the Kings College London / NUS M.Sc programme in Construction Law and Arbitration, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, is appointed by the Singapore Mediation Centre as an adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects panel of arbitrators. Dr Vickey is a member of the Management Committee of the Singapore Society of Construction Law and is a council member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

Council Member - Meef Moh, FCIArb, FSIArb, FHKIArb is Corporate Counsel for one of the world's largest integrated energy companies, based in Singapore. Prior to that, she was in private practice in one of the leading law firms in international arbitration practice. She has extensive multi-jurisdictional legal experience in the resolution of international commercial disputes, including a number of high profile arbitrations. She has conducted arbitrations under ad hoc and various international arbitral rules. She is also an arbitrator on the panel of various regional and international arbitral institutions and is the first woman Council Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
