| Member Login Procedures |
|
| |
| 1. On SIArb website home page, at the left
hand corner section, locate the Member Login User Id & Password
fields. |
| |
| 2. Member Login - User ID = Membership
ID. Password = Registered NRIC/Passport No. |
| |
| 3. Enter your Membership ID to the User
ID field. |
| |
| 4. Enter your registered NRIC/Passport
No to the Password field. |
| |
| 5. Click on the Login button to login to
the Member Only section. |
| |
| 6. If you entered a wrong User Id or Password,
the system will prompt alert to enter the correct User Id or Password. |
| |
| 7. If you forgot your Membership Id or
registered NRIC/Passport Number, please email to Membership
Amdinistrator to get your Membership ID & registered NRCI/Passport
Number. |

| 8. Upon login successful to the Member
Only section, you will able to access to the Member only info, eg:
courses information. |
| |
| 9. Note: If your membership already expired,
or you encountered any login failure message, please contact SIArb
admin for further assistance. |

| Member Login Failed Alert Messages |
| |
| 1. Login
with wrong User ID & Password |
| Member who entered the wrong User ID OR
Password to login, the system will prompt the following alert message
: "Wrong User ID or Password."
. Enter the correct User ID
& Password at the following login screen. If login still failed,
please verify your User ID & Password with SIArb admin, get the
correct User ID & Password and login again from the SIArb website. |

| 2. Login
with Inactive Status User ID & Password |
| Member who login with "inactive"
status User ID & Password, the system will prompt the following
alert message : "Your membership
is inactive. Please contact SIArb Admin." .
Please contact SIArb admin to obtain an active login User ID &
Password to login to the member section. Members with "Termination,
Deceased, Resign, and Default" status who login will get the
following error alert. |

| 3. Login
without enter User ID & Password |
| Member who does not enter the User ID &
Password and clicks on the login button. The system will prompt the
following alert message :"Blank
User ID is not accepted." .
Please enter the correct User ID & Password at the following login
screen to login to Member section. |

| 4. Login
without enter User ID |
| Member who entered the Password but does
not enter the User ID and clicks on the login button. The system will
prompt the following alert message : "Blank
User ID is not accepted.".
Please enter the correct User ID & Password and click on the Login
button at the following login screen to login to Member section. |

| 5. Login
without enter Password |
| Member who entered the User ID but does
not enter the Password and clicks on the login button. The system
will prompt the following alert message : "Blank
Password is not accepted."
. Please enter the correct User ID &
Password and click on the Login button at the following login screen
to login to Member section. |
